DJ Profile ::::

DJ Flow

Real Name : Chris Santos

Bio: I have been playing music ever since I was a kid. Took piano lessons in grade school, started playing drums and percussion in junior high until high school and then eventually found the turntables. As far as musical taste I've always just listened to whatever was popular or whatever was around me up until high school one of my friends showed me his record collection (Dilated, Slum Village, Tribe etc.) a bunch of native tongue stuff and ever since then I've been hooked. Got deeper and deeper and started to study producers, affiliates, labels etc. and then eventually started to find original sample sources and all that. Started to use my background with percussion and piano to make hip-hop beats. Hip-Hop is my foundation as far as how I approach DJing, but I'm just trying to share the music that I enjoy with anyone who is down to listen.

Guilty Pleasures: I actually enjoy making POP R&B type music. Sounds corney but as far as top 40 music goes I feel that some of the stronger records out in 06 was the POP R&B stuff.
